• Project Initiation: Projects begin after agreement on scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Communication :Regular updates will be provided throughout the development cycle.
• Timely Delivery: We strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines, though adjustments may be necessary for complex requirements.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Pricing : Pricing is based on project scope and complexity. Custom quotes are provided after a discovery call.
• Payment :An initial deposit may be required, with the balance due in milestones or upon completion.
• Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable once project work has begun.

4. Revisions and Adjustments

• Included Revisions : A set number of revisions is included with each project. Details are outlined in the agreement.
• Extra Revisions :Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra costs.

5. Confidentiality & Data Security

• Data Protection : All shared client data is handled confidentially and secured using best industry practices.
• NDA Option : A Non-Disclosure Agreement can be signed upon request for sensitive projects.

6. Intellectual Property

• Final Deliverables : Upon full payment, you own the rights to all final assets and code provided.
• Internal Tools : Frameworks, templates, or proprietary systems used internally remain Dotera's intellectual property.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice if terms are violated. Work completed up to that point must be paid in full.
